Service Description

Send me an email that tells me a bit about you. When I contact you, we can figure out what works best for you, whether weekly scheduled chats, or unscheduled time that you contact me about when you need to talk. I can help you to find resources, if that is what you ask for, or simply listen and guide you to clarity with gentle questions. Always caring and never judgmental. This service is a favorite among some of my clients, as sometimes scheduling or life circumstances keep us from meeting regularly with our Coach. There is no limited number of visits, and no set lesson plan or commitment beyond what you need. I will have suggestions for exercises to ease stress, but no set lesson plans unless we decide to create one together.
